Romans 15:22-24

22 This is the reason why I have so often been hindered from coming to you. 23 But now, since I no longer have any room for work in these regions, and since I have longed for many years to come to you, 24 I hope to see you in passing as I go to Spain, and to be helped on my journey there by you, once I have enjoyed your company for a while

Paul was a man with a plan. He was going to travel thousands of miles over multiple years to go to a place that did not know Jesus. Wild Street Anglican church has a plan as well. We have a Vision. That is a clear and compelling word picture of where by God’s grace we want to be in the future. We call it Vision 500.

Our vision is to have 500 adults & 250 children 

from the South Eastern Suburbs

meeting in multiple congregations & locations 

being real with God, each other & the world by 2015

Why this Vision? 

It Impacts our people
This vision is big enough to break us out of our East Suburbs comfort and  makes us prayerfully dependent on God. It will require us to rethink our all of our priorities

This vision fulfills Jesus' command & desire to see disciples making disciples
